Finesse Beauty Salon, COMPLETELY CRAP!!
My last experience with them was the worst. i had quite a few appointment back to back, not only did the beauticians talk the whole way through my treatments, NOT TO ME but to eachother through the partition.
The owners were no where to be seen, and when i complained they didnt even offer any sort of appology or compensation.
Plus if you go to them and they see you go somewhere else will give you dirty looks. NEVER AGAIN

Sniya I read your post on Finesse, I gather you wouldn’t recommend Finesse. Do you know of any other salons for eyebrow shaping?

I would go to essence even though a really good place almost impossible to get an appointment.
They will probably make you wait a month before you can get one so best to call and book many appointments just so you have one so that you can cancel if you don’t need it.

My friend presented me with a manicure and pedicure voucher from Finesse as a birthday present. ‘Great!’ I thought. I anticipated a relaxing experience but instead received a cold reception, followed by a less than mediocre service which ended with a hasty retreat. My recommendation to all would be to avoid Finesse as far one can avoid any establishment whilst living in Gibraltar. For Finesse, I would suggest a change of attitude or a change of name; perhaps they should consider Nonchalance or Apathy?
