I anticipated a relaxing experience but instead received a cold reception, followed by a less than mediocre service which ended with a hasty retreat. My recommendation to all would be to avoid Finesse as far one can avoid any establishment whilst living in Gibraltar. For Finesse, I would suggest a change of attitude or a change of name; perhaps they should consider Nonchalance or Apathy? They will probably make you wait a month before you can get one so best to call and book many appointments just so you have one so that you can cancel if you don't need it.
