Went to Serruya ( the one next to the ICC) the other day as I had been given a gift voucher of £100. I went in hoping to be advised by one of the beauy consultants or one of the shop assistants. Instead I had to chase them around the shop. For example, if I asked for a blusher they would point me to two different blushers and immediately walk away and kept on doing the same for each item I wanted to purchase.Anybody would think I was asking for a favour. When it came to a foundation I finally asked if they could try different ones on me and advise on the best one for my skin. The assistant simply tried ONE foundation  on my face and looked at me impatiently for an answer. She did not even bother trying  different shades or makes. In the end I just went around the shop picked what I needed and left. Had I not had a Serruya voucher I would not have bothered. I cannot speak for the other Serruya shhops but the service in this one was absolutely crap and they were not even busy!!
