Went recently to Cafe Solo with some friends and their children. My friend asked the manager ( I think he is the manager) for a ‘cold’ hot chocolate for one of her kids and he said he could only do it hot. Come on…..!! if you can do a hot chocolate you can do it cold- just add choloate powder with cold milk duh! It wasn’t just the fact that he said they could not do it but the way in which he responded. He was so unpleasant. Maybe he was having a bad day!!
