My recommendation to all would be to avoid Finesse as far one can avoid any establishment whilst living in Gibraltar. For Finesse, I would suggest a change of attitude or a change of name; perhaps they should consider Nonchalance or Apathy? I have been several times to have a coffee and its takes ages to grab the attention of the waiter. It then takes another century to receive the bill and THEN the change! They will probably make you wait a month before you can get one so best to call and book many appointments just so you have one so that you can cancel if you don't need it.
